Named policyholders are members of the insurer(s) providing either property or liability coverage while your policy remains in force and premiums due are paid. Members are entitled to attend the Annual Meetings and to vote on matters presented. Members are also entitled to participate in the distribution of any dividends, should they be declared by the Board of Directors.
